(HealthDay News) -- Eyeglasses can correct many vision problems including nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia. But eyeglass prescriptions can change is as little as one year, the Cleveland Clinic says. Among the possible causes for needing a new prescription:
